HOMER, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) – Calhoun County is celebrating more than 100 new jobs with a ribbon cutting ceremony in Homer.
Wednesday, Brembo officially completed an expansion to its brake manufacturing plant.
Governor Rick Snyder joined company executives Wednesday for the ceremony.
The $115 million upgrade will help Brembo keep up with an increase in demand.
Brembo opened its first facility in Michigan in 2002, and the company now employs 450 people in Homer.
